Market Directions reviews and communicates results to clients in a consolidated format. Any personal information collected by respondents is used only to validate the identity of the respondent who has agreed to participate in the study. Personal data may include, among other things, an individual’s name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Study respondents are adequately informed about the nature of the survey (who is conducting it, how the information will be used, etc.) and understand that their cooperation is entirely voluntary. At times our clients remain anonymous to research participants, as not to influence their answers.
As part of the market research process, Market Directions’ questionnaires may request identity information, such as demographic profiles, the choice to provide such information is voluntary. If you do not wish to answer identity questions, in some instances, you may be disqualified from a research study . These questions are used to divide respondents into groups, no one respondent is looked at individually.
Be assured that your responses will be kept in the strictest confidence.
