Now, as Market Directions Principal Manager she helps companies realize the value and importance of knowledge to get ahead of the competition and grow, profitably.
Unlike the sometimes cumbersome structure of large firm's, Malaszek started Market Directions small and remains small in order to stay in touch with her clients and the process. Mary is able to give clients personalized attention and believes in delivering excellence on time, and on budget.

Mary has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, has completed her graduate work at the University of Rochester and has professional qualifications in Marketing, Market Research and Product Management.
